Brazil’s São Paulo State Championship 2009 – Final Round
Flavio Elias has taken the 1:8 Champion title with a Serpent 966 and also become the Vice Champion with the Serpent 733 to Fabio Viegas who took the 1:10 title driving a 733 too.
Last weekend was the final round of The São Paulo State Championships 2009 held at the Sto Andres Track, where Flavio Elias took the vice champion position in 1:10 nitro on-road with his 733 with a new record of 14.056. Fabio Viegas, a young racer for Team Serpent Brazil took his first championship in the category with a hard fought race in the final round.
Flavio Elias closes the year of 2009 with an excellent performance, another result to add to his impressive tally:
- 2nd Place Winternats-USA
- Copa das Americas 2009 Champion
- Brazilian Champion 2009
- São Paulo State Champion 2009.

For 2010 we are certain that he will be a major factor in the National and International Championships.
