SNEAK PEEK :- Acorn Racing Power Supply

Acorn Racing has just sent us a sneak preview of their new prototype Acorn Racing 12V DC power supply. This prototype was said to go through five design changes before the confirmation of this current specification. The digital meter in the middle shows the total amperage the attached equipment is drawing and it has two standard output compared to the single output that we have on many on the market. Prior to that, ABS material was chosen over anodised aluminium for the casing due to the scratch resistant nature of the material. This power supply comes with a reverse polarity protection and it is said to be strong enough to power a tyre truer for the 1:8 scale. We will have more information from this company during their official launch of this product in December.
