Tom Cockerill Leaves X Factory

X Factory president Chazz Sinclair today announced that Tom Cockerill has decided not to renew his agreement with X Factory for the 2010 season. “We sent Tom an exceptional agreement for next year, but he told us today he wants a change for next year”.

“Tom has been with X Factory for two full years now. In 2007 he was an Under 19 driver with much promise when we signed him, and he promptly improved to 11th in the ’08 standings with three A Final appearances driving the X – 6. That year Tom also made the A at the Euros. Tom again finished 11th in ’09, including TQ and win at the last round in Blyth with his X – 6 Squared”.

“Our association with Cockerill has been excellent and we are sorry Tom has opted to leave. We wish him the best”.
