After the 30 minute A Final, Kyle Branson took the win with Jonathan Dobney 2nd both driving the Serpent 733 and 11 year old Alex Thurston in 3rd place, this was Alex’s first top 3 podium position, well done.
In the Sports GT class Glyn Beal dominated the weekend with his MEGA powered 733 breaking the track record twice, getting TQ by 1 lap and winning the A final by 8 laps. Glyn was using the new Kamtec 220mm GTP bodyshell developed by Serpent UK.
The Truck class was won by Mathew Cook who also took TQ, with his MEGA powered 733. Overall it was an excellent result for Serpent. The next round in the UK National series will be at Mendip (Weston Super-Mere) on 3-4th July.
