Hartson and Amezcua First and Second at The Dirt Nitro Challenge 2011

Reedy factory team driver Steven Hartson was the dominant force in the 1:8 Pro Electric Buggy class at the 2011 Nitro Challenge. Starting from pole position, Steven lost the lead early but by the third lap he was back in front and never looked back to take the win. Steven completed the hat trick by turning the fastest lap in the final.
Coming off a win the previous weekend at Motorama 2011, Reedy team mate Travis Amezcua battled back from a mid-field qualifying position to finish second. The challenging Nitro Challenge track tested the limits of the drivers and their equipment. Reedy’s 60C 5500mAh LiPo batteries and LRP SPX8 speed controllers delivered power and consistent performance throughout qualifying and the ten-minute A final.
