The 1:10 scale Losi XXX-SCT is a ROAR-legal rolling chassis and it comes out of the box pre-assembled at the factory with wheels, tyres and a clear body, but without electronics. You complete the XXX-SCT using the electronics of your choice. Features of the XXX-SCT rolling chassis are:
