Serpent S411 Competition TC
Serpent has released details of its new touring car, the S411. It features an ultra low centre of gravity, optimised weight distribution, high-performance geometry and top quality materials throughout.
Here are the main features of the S411:
Twin belt configuration uses Kevlar reinforced belts
High-quality bearings throughout
Centrally mounted ball raced steering rack in aluminium that allows for very precise steering and great control
Separately mounted suspension brackets on both the front and rear of the car for adjusting toe-in and track
Comes with a set of four high-quality hard-coated spring-steel CVD shafts
2.5mm thick carbon fibre shock towers front and rear
Front spool made from hard-anodised aluminium
RCCX shock absorbers come pre-assembled
Coded anti-roll bars front and rear with aluminium locating bracket
Narrow chassis plate machined from 2.5mm thick carbon fibre
2.5mm thick carbon fibre top deck
Rear gear differential
One-piece lower non-sided wishbones
Identical front and rear ends for high performance and ease of maintenance
