Associated Announce RC8.2 Factory Team

Taking what they learned at the 1:8 World Championship in Pattaya, Thailand, the engineers at Team Associated have developed a revised RC8 model called the RC8.2 that has already born success by winning the 2011 ROAR National Championships with Ryan Cavalieri.
The RC8.2 Factory Team kit has a long list of new performance parts with a 3mm longer chassis, revised wishbones, new shock mounts and an optimised anti-roll bar position. The new wishbones were designed to work with the Factory Team 5mm 7075 aluminium low C of G shock towers to improve and optimize the suspension geometry. The RC8.2 FT kit includes the 16mm “Big Bore” hard-anodised threaded shocks with 4mm titanium nitride coated shafts and revised shock boots.
