Mike Blackstock and RC12R5.1 Success at 2011 IIC

Team Associated’s Mike Blackstock, driving a RC12R5.1 took the win in the 1:12 13.5T class at the International Indoor Championships. The race is one of the most competitive and prestigious on-road race events in the world. Conceived and run by race director extraordinaire Scotty Ernst, the annual IIC pulls the top racing talent from all around the globe. The contest takes place on a world-class carpet track where racers battle it out to see who has the right stuff to come out on the top. Mike won the 13.5T class running his RC12R5.1 with the new LiPo conversion kit.
