Bullitt have introduced the B-217 competition off-road engine that is new for 2013. After the great success of their B-218 and B-216 engines, Bullitt felt that they needed an engine that every racer can afford, without compromising on the quality and performance. Tested extensively throughout the summer/autumn of 2012, the prototype engines were run in secret by drivers including Jon Hazlewood. The performance, tuning and longevity proved to be everything expected of a Bullitt engine, with a retail price of £169.99. A feature of this motor is the fact you can at a later stage, if you wish, upgrade the internal parts to the same spec as their full competition B-218 motor without the need to buy everything again.
