Despite the 2014 national season only just concluding, Schumacher has continued progress with signing some of the best and most well-known 1:109 off-rad drivers, the latest being Dave Burton of RudeBits fame. The former BRCA National Championship round winner has many years of experience and great engineering knowledge that will be a benefit the off-road team in 2015. Dave had this to say:
“I would like to thank Kyosho for their support over the last three years. I am very privileged and excited to be driving for Schumacher for the coming season. I have watched them grow as a company over the last few years offering the racer a full range of top products for their Schumacher cars. I will be competing in the Silverstone winter series along with the Maritime and TORCH winter series, getting the cars set up for the national championship in 2015. I will be happy to assist anyone at trackside with help and advice if needed…just pop over…Good luck to everyone and I’ll see you all soon. DB.”
