This arrangement was used so successfully by Lee Martin at the recent European Championships held at RHR Dirt in the UK and also by Carson Wernimont during testing in the USA. The conversion includes a new rear 4mm carbon fibre shock tower and spacer that bolts to the B-Max2 transmission providing the stock YZ-2 shock mount holes as well as an additional set of holes. Also included are the necessary 2mm shims for the transmission, and waterfall brace. Factory RC also includes a new Y-Max battery strap made entirely from 3mm carbon fibre. They give you the “factory” treatment and include a bolt on drill template to help you drill straight holes into your YZ-2 chassis.
