Nuremberg 2010 – Corally
We don’t hear much about Corally products here in the UK since the distributor changed a while ago so it was nice for us to reaquaint ourselves with the line-up and also check out their latest developments. First off, Corally now have a link rear end 1:12 chassis that is beautifully made, the movement of the rear end feeling very linear and smooth. The chassis has also been made so that normal NiMh cells could be used if you have a preference to these over LiPo. The rear pod also has had attention too with the rear axle bearing position being modified giving a more positive location. Corally’s Phi 1:10 electric touring car chassis has also seen some development too. A new LiPo chassis was on show which featured brass balance weights which fit into the milled out locations. Also we were shown a chassis with straight wishbones, a big change for the Phi and one which is said to both increase overall traction and make the car easier to drive.
