Xray won the 2013 EFRA 1:10 Nitro Touring European B Championship with Luca Redaelli. This year’s race was held in the beautiful old city of Gubbio located in the centre of Italy. The team were well represented at the race with first class service and support by Xray Italy as well as having Dirk Wischnewski, the former European Champion A came from Germany present to provide technical support. Expectation of the team and car was high and the newly released NT1’13 set the early pace which was hold throughout the qualifications. From the Italian team the strongest performance was showcased by Alessio Forte, Davide Stefanizzi, Luca Redaelli and Salvatore Giliberto who qualified into the semis. From Germany, Simon Balk also made the semi whilst TQ honours went to Luca Redaelli and his Xray. Since 2013 there is no direct qualifiers into the main final so all the drivers had to race in a semi. Alessio won his semi and would starting the final from first with Luca in second, Musolino third and Greiner fourth. Salvatore and Simon completed the Xray final line-up with four cars in the main final. In the highly competitive finals, the Xray team put two of their NT1s on the podium with Luca taking the overall 2013 European B Champion B title.
