• Cragg gets his Hat Trick
The BRCA 1:8 Off-Road National series headed to Clanfield. As the rain fell at the beginning of the A final, gambles were taken on tyres and compounds as Neil Cragg used his experience to take his third win of the year.

Although many run a .21ci size engine in their truggies for greater efficiency, the rules allow you to run much bigger. Team Orion has opted to come up with a mid-range capacity unit at .24ci so we just had to find out how it compares.

Having raced nearly all of the short course trucks on the market, Tom Stacey seemed the perfect candidate to analyse this latest entrant from HPI.

The Strike Short Course Truck from Losi is the latest model in this category that we have had to review here at Racer, but with its inboard gearbox and motor design, this RTR is a little different to the established competition.
